I owed some money on two Vodafone sim only because I left Vodafone and when over to three. The reason I let Vodafone because the customer service and the promps that are so annoying every time you want to get through to customer service. Because I left Vodafone they are screwing me and won’t allow me to set up a payment plan. They have told me to pay in full, which I can’t do. I am paying in small amounts by calling them each month. I have been advised by Experian to put a notice of correction on my credit file regarding this issue and I will be doing this on Monday tomorrow. Vodafone is a disgraceful and disgusting company and their customer service is disgraceful and atrocious and I urge potential customers to not join this atrocious company.
