Matt was super helpful and responsive to my questions and helped us feel confident in buying from Voltage. Matt also helped make sure my site was ready for installation. Shipping was fast and everything was very well packed. The machine came in great condition and the technician sent to install it was knowledgeable, on-time and generally excellent to work with. A water hose was missing from the kit, thankfully I had something on hand, but I’m not gonna knock a star off because I feel confident the situation would have been resolved if it needed to be. As a residential setup I was a little nervous purchasing a commercial machine, but both Matt and Mike, the technician, were extremely easy to work with.
