I have to say that the level of professionalism, ability to answer and resolve any question or issue you may be having is outstanding. I have to say is not the best price in the market but what you get in terms of customer service is worth it paying just a little more. I bought a fetco coffee brewer, grinder, coffee urns. JJReverol
