Very easy process is not the first time buying From this company. I sent an email right after the purchase to change the shipping address; it was late, so I didn’t expect a response till the next day, but they responded to me right away with my change. All the process I did from my phone, including the payment method ( using Apple Pay, also they have PayPal and other options) which is really convenient for me and make me save a lot of time. Now just waiting for the delivery and hoping the grinder I ordered comes with no issue.
