Do not use this company. I ordered a handbag on 01.04.2022 to use for a wedding on 16.04.2022. Given that the company ship to the UK in 3-7 days, I fully expected to receive my order in time. On 04.04.2022, I received an email confirming my package was on its way. The email contained a DHL Tracking link. I checked the tracking a day later and the parcel was at the “export parcel centre”. I have still not received my parcel, some 25 days after the item was ordered. The tracking has not been updated since 05.04.2022 and despite requesting a refund on numerous occasions, I am met with emails telling me that delivery may still be possible, an investigation is ongoing and “If we have no official feedback from DHL after 12 weeks after starting the investigation (started on 13.04.2022), and in most cases we receive feedback after 4 - 8 weeks, then we will definitely refund the purchase price”. Meanwhile my £117.60 is sitting snuggly in Wardow’s bank account where I have no doubt lots of other poor customer’s have money sitting too. The emails I have received in response to my complaints are clearly standard template response emails which means this is a common occurrence. How this company can get away with operating like this is beyond me. They are nothing but scammers.
