I have ordered one valentino bag on 17th June2022. After two three day I have received information that bag is exported to uk via DHL . I am constantly checking the ref number and I didnot get any update since 21june 2022. The parcel is still in Germany and no further update. The company is not returning my refund as I requested. I have received an email and is mentioned that refund is not possible at this stage .
So I have to wait ( This is the answer from the company ). This is my last time to buy stuff from this company.
