STILL WAITING FOR GOODS !!!!!
I ordered a handbag over a week ago that was supposed to arrive on Friday 1st July. No goods arrived...no reply to emails....NOTHING. The bag I purchased cost £93 and despite marking emails FAO director and founder, Danny Wardow and Hannah Jentzch, still NOTHING. I have no clue where my order is or what has happened to the money I paid for the goods in good faith !!! What makes this even more appalling, is that our family are recently bereaved and the loss is unbearable. This could not have happened at a worse time !!
