I'm a customer from Azerbaijan and unfortunately, I can't send back defective items, I use a forwarding company address for purchases and Wardow knows about it. As I understood from an email conversation with Wardow that nobody wants to hold responsibility for a defective item. They are a fraud, they sell defective goods and waive responsibility. Isn't that violating my rights as a loyal customer? I think such an online shop shouldn't work in Germany.
