I placed an order and sent payment via bank transfer. I received the item and the quality was horrible! It claims to be leather but it was plastic - looked like a fake item. I requested a return and sent the item back. They received it and never refunded me. They sent a refund to another account (likely their own account) and even though I have sent proof that I never received refund to my bank account, they refuse to proceed to a refund. They are a scam company, stay away from them!
