Returned a backpack after 1 week of use on holiday on which both elasticated side pockets became frayed from carrying water bottles. Return was mate easy with a prepaid label emailed to me promptly after sending proof of purchase and photos of the defects. I was told the item would be repaired, replaced or refunded.
3 weeks after returning I emailed to ask what is the outcome and without any other correspondence Wardow issued a full refund stating I can purchase the item again at full price (I got it in a 35% off sale) and they will refund me the difference if it is now more expensive than before.
Firstly, I didn't ask for a refund and would have preferred a new backpack but I wasn't given this option after their inspections were completed and they decided they could not repair.
Secondly, after reading all of these bad reviews I think I will go elsewhere because I don't feel like I can trust them to refund me the difference if I make the purchase again. They could have kept their money if they liaised with me and just sent me a new pack like I would have preferred.
