I bought the Doughnut The Dudes Black Rolltop Backpack expecting a fully adjustable design, but it turns out the rolltop straps are fixed—definitely not as advertised. Plus, their ‘free returns’ policy is a trick: it only applies to customers in Germany. Totally misleading product and service.
