The most abhorrent service I have ever received, spent nearly £300 on a chair that never arrived. Then sent multiple delivery dates for our item that we waited in for... it never arrived. Their customer service department were beyond appalling, we were actually ignored mostly. We asked to cancel the order and were still ignored. They had our money for 6 months with no product produced and ignoring our requests for a refund.
Do not shop at Wayfair.
