ordered a rug with delivery date of 8 December - looked at tracking and 'no date scheduled' emailed customer service asking for a date of delivery someone did come back to me saying they would look into it - another email arrived saying I was refunded - that's it! no explanation for it...will think twice about ordering again for sure
