Shocking!!!!!!
Ordered from wayfair, their courier then proceeded to send me daily messages to arrange a delivery and then cancel the delivery. Contacted Wayfair, never encountered such a level of disinterest. Was told to ignore the text and wait email confirmation, received this and then no show on delivery. Contacted wayfair again, they have no clue whats going on. They won't phone to speak to me, refuse to actively seek a solution. They are experts in fobbing off to a degree which indicates they have plenty of experience in saying "don't worry I'm sure it will turn up" which is what I was told on the online chat. The worst company I have ever had to deal with, and that is a pretty high bar these days.
