I'm in the UK.
Really wished I had looked here before I placed an order. Terrible customer service - they are middle men so you are better placed going direct to the company who have your product. I'm being sent confusing messages to say that my item will be delivered a day before DHL have collected it.
Don't use them is my advice - I can't answer most of the questions below as still waiting.
