AWFUL Customer service
I cancel the order within hours of placing an order on Friday, and the company decided not to honor it. Wayfair return policy indicates a fee but does not specify $ amount, spoke to customer service immediately after cancellation decided, I was told that the best option is to wait until the item came and return it. I asked for supervisor, I was told the supervisor not available and the supervisor will return my call three days later. This is a very bad customer service. I will never ever shop here again and will never recommend anyone shop here. if I could put zero stars, I would.
Wayfair Customer service are so unprofessional and do not care about their customers.
