Horrible, untrained customer service spreading conflicting, untrue information regarding purchases and deliveries. You speak with representatives that have no idea whether items are large or small - which affects the way they will be delivered, not an irrelevant thing. Items are cute and it is easy to shop there but forget about customer service and be prepared to pay extra for deliveries (wayfair does not care about it, it is just Fedex's problems)
