I ordered a bistro set..due to arrive on 25th January, turned up on Saturday, 22nd..
Sent as small parcel apparently, despite being a huge heavy package..
Delivery guy just left it at door, brief 5 second chat, and gone..
No help to get package indoors..
I live alone, and struggled to manoeuvre this heavy package..
