if I could give a zero star, I would. My experience with Wayfair has been anything but painful. Communication is very poor, mixed messages via email leaving you confused of their delivery or collection process. Delivery attempts were made without scheduling a date so several missed attempt. No resolution in sight and empty promises to resolve. Their handyman turned up for assembly even after transaction had been cancelled. I contacted Wayfair to inform them; was advised to let the handyman carry on with the job only to be told at the end the job that I had to pay for the assembly out of my own pocket. They take no responsibility for their mis-management and communication in the transaction and will refer you to their partners when clearly, there is no contract with the 3rd party.
