Worst customer service ever.
I'd give it a no star, but sadly it's not an option. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Ever.
No communication about our order until we contacted them and then they kept promising that they'd resolve it, but all they did was keep stalling. No refund in the meantime. They only took notice when we threatened to take it to the police and ombudsman, and called them out on social media. It's more than a disgrace. It's truly appalling.
