Dreadful customer service yet again.
Apparently if you raise a complaint then it slows the order process down.
Really!!!
My order dropped in price by 5% within 24 hours on a 3k item , if I cancel the order and reorder at the cheaper price then the stock will not be guaranteed. Only the American side of the company will refund the difference or price match and guarantee the order date .
