My bad experience was more with the courier than Wayfaiur but theie response was note very helpful either. I purchase a wardrobe and the website said delivery from 25th March onwards, which gave me time to decorate and get my carpet laid. ON 9th March the wardrobe (flatpacked) was dumped outside my house. I am away from house until 16th March. I was not given a delivry date by the courier and now this wardrtobe has to sit outside my house (with rain forecast) until i am back on 16th. Wayfair's reply was they will look into it but as an internal process there will be no follow up for me. I will never use them again and I don't normally takje any notice of bad reviews, but i felt people had to know about this poor delivery and bad customer service.
