Sofa delivered with pieces missing. Chat bots and emails are the only things you can deal with, customer service reps are non responsive. I now have a completely useless sofa and a whole load of hassle to either try and get parts replaced (the onus is all on me to arrange this apparently) or get a refund. I regret my decision to use this company.
