Order a headboard on Nov 27th 2022. Received order 26th Jan 2023. I was told on a number of occasions it had been delivered. I wasted so much time chasing, calls, email online chat.
The worst customer experience I've received from a online retailer. BUY CHEAP, BUY TWICE. Lesson truly learnt on this occasion - avoid by all counts.
