Not very useful customer services. Couldn’t care attitude. We were gifted a cot bed from Wayfair a few years ago but as we already had a cot we have not used or assembled until we had our second child but upon opening the package we discovered that the assembly kit was missing (which is not too unusual). I understand that it is most likely past its warranty but as the Cot still sells in Wayfair they should be able to provide the assembly kit (which we are happy to buy as not in warranty). Both occasions when contacting customer service we were advised as it is not under warranty they could not help at all. Imagine an expensive cot wasted… luckily we went directly to the manufacturer who were willing to sell the assembly kit to us but why was Wayfair not able to offer this advice or the Kit is we bought it from them? Shocking service. Understandably will not be shopping at Wayfair as if you get a problem then do not expect customer service to help.
