I ordered a set of sheets for my mom for Mother’s Day, they shipped the wrong
sheets, I started with customer service went to the resolution department, did
not-like the answer from the resolution
department. My mom is 89 and does not
drive because of eye issues, I was told
my mom should get a neighbor to print
the return label and then have some one
return the wrong item for her. I live 300 miles from my mom. I only ask that they ship my mom the correct sheets, and pick up the wrong item at the time if the delivery. This was told to me by a manager now, and that the resolution department
had the final decisions. What kind of company is this. No value in me as a customer, there are many other companies
that I deal with, and yours will not be one
of them.
