Ordered a rug and was given a delivery date. It did not arrive and was given another delivery date a week later. On the day of delivery I received an email from Wayfair saying my order had been cancelled ‘as requested’ !! The customer service agent on their chat facility was, to be fair, very helpful and informed me the order had been cancelled as the item was out of stock. At the time of writing I’m still waiting for my refund to be processed. My first and last experience with Wayfair! (I then ordered a similar item from Dunhelm which was delivered within 3 days).
