I always have problems with the customer service of Wayfair. I have spent thousands on the site, most recently for my niece's adopted children's bedsets. They send these flash promo codes to my android phone, and it shows the message before I log on to the phone, and then I can't retrieve it. When I contact them telling them I want to use the code, they always, always tell me "it expired yesterday and we can't give it to you." This has happened quite a few times. Then I ask if they can give me another promo code and they offer me less than $10 off if I order within 24 hours. Less than $10 off thousands.
Also, avoid open box. These items are almost ALWAYS broken. When you notify them and they come pick it up, they re-deliver it to you, and if you don't call them again to come get it again, they will charge you for the broken furniture.
As a result of this constant frustration, after buying 4 bedroom sets for the kids, I have stopped buying from them. They don't even TRY to help me.
