Ordered a rug we had to wait to put down ... had new hardwood floors put down.
what we unrolled the rug one edge had part of the carpet rubbed off (or something like that). It was a large expensive rug and they would not do anything beyond a 10% coupon off next order. Putting the rug in unfinished basement area ... last time buying from Wayfair. Not worth the time or money.
