Wayfair is rude. Expensive furnitures are sent home as defective. But the return/replacement/refund is NOT allowed. I tried to leave comments with photos of defective items on Wayfair website, but the comments NEVER appear. The product rating of Wayfair showing on Wayfair website is 4-5 star.
