Paid for an assembly service which got cancelled 2.5 hours before delivery by EMAIL. Wayfair accept no responsibility for the inconvenience caused, and that plans needed to be cancelled for alternative help to be sought.
Shocking service, zero aftercare. Will not be using them again which is an absolute shame having been a loyal customer for many years.
The main issue here - I was given no choice. They will have known much further ahead than 2.5 hours that this service could not be fulfilled.
