Wayfair used to be a great company but not it's terrible. Customer service is horrendous. I have ordered from Wayfair Canada since 2016 and have been satisfied with the products and service until this most recent purchase of 3 items. I called Wayfair to delay the delivery date prior to the items reaching Canada. Instead of contacting FedEx to change the delivery date, I was instead told to deal with FedEx myself. Wayfair does not care about their customers once payment is received. Their customer service personnel are nice enough to apologize and say 'comforting' words, but the end result is "it's still your problem". Very disappointed. If this is Wayfair's policy on deliveries, it should be specified in the checkout (in bold) that they will not assist in any delivery change requests. This way, the customer is aware of this policy before they order and will not make the assumption that Wayfair will help.
