Never deliver when advised.
Given a discount due to late delivery but had to spend £40 not to be charged postage again.
Cancel items which state they are in stock which causes disappointment.
Received tiny item. The measurements must have been for the box it was in!
They have an endless array of items on offer and pleasant staff which earned them an extra star.
Having had a grumble, I know doubt will continue to purchase from them.
