I went onto the website and ordered as described at 12foot 5 ins Christmas tree. The delivery was prompt and efficient thank you! However it was a different story when I opened it with my children huge disappointment and many tears;
The tree was I guarantee no more than 4foot! 😤
I have sent 4 emails to Wayfair to request a collection and refund no reply as of yet!
