We have ordered 3 pieces of furniture from Wayfair. We always receive the furniture promptly - the estimate longer than necessary, which has meant arranging for someone to be in, (as we make plans for the original date) The furniture is always to a high standard - when we had an incorrect piece Wayfair supplied the correct piece quickly. Only negative is, they again estimated a date and the piece arrived about a week before! They do keep us updated with text messages and emails.
