I tried to cancel an item this morning that I placed last night, and order a more expensive version of the item. I was told it would take at least 24 hours or more to find out if Wayfair was able to catch the cancelled item. Of course, by then, the item would already be shipped since the order said it would ship on Tuesday; therefore, they have truly have a "no cancellation" policy! This is not good customer service. Even though Wayfair gives you the option to cancel your order, don't let them try to fool you, because they are most likely going to tell you the item has been shipped. If I am calling at 9am on Monday to cancel an order that is not going to ship until Tuesday, I should be told no problem, we will cancel it. Instead, I was told "maybe" because the warehouse will not get my cancel order until tomorrow. What? Really! Don't they have a phone, or email....
