They are extremely responsive to concerns, returns, refunds. I have been concerned in the past about online shopping but customer service from Wayfair has been exceptional.
Reviews online seem accurate and I am very happy with most (and there have been a lot) of my purchases. Range of prices generally indicates the quality of the item. Lots of great deals too!
