Ordered and paid for a bed frame on the 13/09/2018. Same day received a email from Wayfair to say the frame had been discontinued and would receive a refund in 3 to 5 working days. Called them today only to be told that the refund had not gone through and would take another 3 to 5 days to show up in my bank. Had i not called them i would still be waiting for my refund in a month's time. In the meantime my daughter has to sleep on a mattress on the floor as I can't afford to buy the bed frame until money is in my account. Will never use WAYFAIR again.
