The item I purchased was damaged. It was a console table, the corners were shot. Wayfair immediately sent me a new one, which the corners were also damaged. Again they sent me another one. The corners were slightly damaged but usable. Anyways, the damage was not from shipping, the item was already damaged before being packaged sent out. They did not have to send me 3 table. They were very nice and did not make me repackage and return anything. I donated two of them. Definitely will do business with them again.
