Wow! Finally a company that has a heart in their customer service! I ordered a desk, 4 dining chairs, and a table. All of these were my first ever purchase from WayFair. The chairs came and are very sturdy and are better quality than I expected! The desk came and the box was received damaged and so were some of the items inside. I should have my table next week so I will see it’s state upon receipt. I asked to return the desk for one not damaged. I was immediately ordered a new desk to be delivered and given Ann easy email to upload the pics I had taken of the damaged box. Even without knowing I had pictures of the damage, a new desk was ordered and Elaine was so kind! I will DEFINITELY order from WayFair in the future based on this experience alone!!!
