Ordered a range hood from them. LED light went out and called to see if I could purchase a new light or get the manufacturer information. I never got a call back after 3 tries was told because the item was over a year old there was nothing they could do.
I finally went to a local battery and bulb company that was kind enough to get the phone number of the manufacturer and my problem was resolved.
Very upsetting how Wayfair was so unwilling to help. I won’t buy another thing from this company.
