I ordered an item that was poorly designed and badly made, so I contacted Wayfair and was then asked to send photos to demonstrate. They should have had photos of the item they were selling, however I obliged and sent photos that clearly highlighted the issues. They then asked for more photos. I believe this was a deliberate ploy to make me give up on my plight to get a full refund. It worked, as I haven't got time to pursue this so will bin the item. Not impressed and I won't be shopping there again.
