Customer service was the worst. I ordered a quilt set that in one place said there were 9 pieces and another said 5. I received 3. I contacted customer service and I was offered 2 more shams and a 10% refund. I was happy. Tonight I got a call saying I would not be receiving the extra shams and no refund. The most they could do for me was a return label. I love the quilt I bought but so disappointed in the customer service. She seemed happy to inform me they corrected the listing. I asked her, What good does that do me now???? Never again will I order from them.
