I ordered a 5 shelf corner ladder unit in early March, i was given a delivery date for 3 days later, then told on the day the couriers van had broken down & it would have to be rescheduled. A few days later I was given an other delivery date then on the day I was contacted again to say the courier had damaged the item & they would have to arrange a replacement. I was told a few days later it would be delivered between 1st - 4th April, then on the 5th of April I was contacted to say there would be an other delay & this time I was told it could be delivered on the 1st May but, this was not confirmed date & if I preferred to cancel there was a link. I decided I had waited long enough to took the option to cancel. The issue I have now is Way fair have deducted money from my refund to cover admin costs. Now given their failure to deliver my item on more than one occasion I feel I should have had a full refund. It was my first experience with ordering from Way fair & I think it will be my last.
