3 weeks after our items were due to turn up we were told they had been returned to the warehouse for an unknown reason. We have now been told to wait until March 2020!
There were no phone calls and emails go unrealised.
Yes, they have now refunded our money but really, it’s shocking service and a company that should be steered clear of.
