I ordered a bed that was to be delivered yesterday - i got a text saying bed being delivered 17.40-19.40 nothing arrived - tracking saying item now back in delivery site - i have spoken to 3 people this morning at Wayfair customer services and not one of them can confirm what has happened to my item or when it will be delivered - really poor customer service avoid like the plague if you don't want to have the same experience.
