The delivery service is shocking, this is now the 2nd time their delivery is not as promised. I understand that traffic can big a big factor but you don't receive further updates only that they are late. The 1st time I used them they were late and when the delivery eventually arrived 5 hours later then their confirmed time I only received half of my ordered goods.
Due to losing a day pay again I will not use this company again
