The products are often good but they do not control the delivery process so it is random whether a good courier is used.
Quality control is also lacking.
I have had good experiences but most recently I have been waiting for an overdue piece of furniture and now just want to cancel the order and order from another company. However I can’t get through to customer service to cancel!
best for small inexpensive items not furniture.
They also bombard you with emails about new products .
