Their return policy is illegal, according to consumer law items bought online can be returned free of charge to the customer, for 14 days from delivery or from the date the seller is informed of the return. Their policy forces the customer to pay for the return by deducting the cost off their refund.
Additionally they sift their reviews before allowing them to be posted, so reviews on products are not genuine as they are only ‘Wayfair approved’ reviews.
