I ordered a computer desk and was given a delivery date. I received an email to say that the goods had been dispatched and the payment was taken. On the day of delivery they emailed to say a delay had occurred and wouldn’t be delivered for a further 3 weeks. Customer services were polite but unable to offer any other options. I ultimately had to firmly ask for a refund and to cancel my order. I will definitely never use Wayfair again
